The VT-HNC100-1-1X/120/SGM001 is a digital axis controller designed by Rexroth Indramat for hydraulic drives used in production and processing systems. This industrial axis controller is manufactured under ideal conditions, it features a durable housing unit that offers it substantial protection from both mechanical external interference, climatic conditions and mechanical shock. The unique design of this industrial axis controller makes it particularly suitable for operation with rail-bound vehicles and transfer lines. The configuration and user programming of this industrial controller is done through a personal computer, this programming is done through the NC programming language, and it also involves the use of subprogram techniques and conditional jumps. Also, the local serial real-time communication system (SERCOS) is used for the parameterizing of this controller.
The VT-HNC100-1-1X/120/SGM001 is not designed with any elaborate temperature regulation system, however, its housing unit features a simple design that makes it possible for the little heat generated by the controller during operation to be effectively regulated via natural convection.
