Product Description

The dimension of the VT-HNC100-1-1X-120 is 71 x 155 x 204 mm and its reference voltage is +10 V ±25 mV and –10 V ±25 mV (20 mA each). It has two inductive position transducer with the power supply 2 V (IMAX = 30 mA / channel). The power supply is short-circuiting proof, balanced to ground and it can be synchronized between 4.8 and 5.2 kHz. It has an optional compensation capacitor with 220 nF and it’s amplitude stability is ≤ 0.2 % /10 K.

 The VT-HNC100-1-1X-120 has standard serial interfaces with RS232 (9,6 KBaud. The 8, 16, or 24 switching input and puts comes with a flexible conductor up to 1.5 mm2. The digital position transducers of the the VT-HNC100-1-1X-120 includes incremental transducers, and SSI transducer. The voltage supply to the position transducer by the VT-HNC100-1-1X-120 is +5 VDC ±5, max. 200mA.

Required operating voltage of the VT-HNC100-1-1X-120 is 18 to 36 VDC and it has total 8W power consumption. This digital control axis comes with 16/32 Bit MC68376 processor and Flash EPROM 1 MB; EEPROM 8 KB; RAM 256 KB (main memory). The three kinds of the VT-HNC100-1-1X-120 include analog inputs, current inputs and impedance inputs. The voltages of analog input and impendence input are +10 V to –10 V measurable (max. +15 V to –15 V) and –10 V to +10 V, respectively.  The VT-HNC100-1-1X-120 has a residual ripple content ±60 mV (without noise) and has a resolution of 1,25mV.

Due to high-resistance inputs of the VT-HNC100-1-1X-120 you cannot use internal protective circuits with capacitors or diodes. While connecting analog signals to the inputs you should follow all the protective measure the EMC protection rules. And the signal filtrations must be connected externally to incoming circuit.
