The VT-HMC-1-10/M-0-00/00 is a small Axis controller made for positioning tasks that only involve one axis. This controller is designed to integrate easily into multi-Ethernet networks and meets the needs of industrial automation systems that require fast, accurate motion control.

The VT-HMC-1-10/M-0-00/00 axis controller operates at 24 VDC and has an operational range of 17.5 to 30 VDC. It can be used with Sercos III, EtherCAT, PROFINET RT, EtherNet/IP, and Powerlink, as well as other Ethernet bus systems. The position controller requires a minimum scan time of 0.5 ms. The axis controller is operational within fifteen seconds according to the standards of the EN 60529. A 2-cm clearance is necessary around ventilation apertures, as it is designed for vertical installation. It has an IP20 protection rating. The controller can function in temperatures ranging from -20 to 60 degrees Celsius. The controller can withstand mechanical shocks of up to 15 g for 11 ms and operates reliably at altitudes of up to 2000 meters. Without condensation, the controller can resist relative humidity values of 10% to 95%. With an external fuse rating of 3.15 A, the power loss at 24 V is less than 8 W.
