Precise control is a crucial prerequisite for a wide range of operations in engineering, including electrical and hydraulic systems. Its VT-HACD-DPQ units are commonly used in injection machines, rubber processing, reaming, and extrusion.

The VT-HACD-DPQ-1-20-V0-1-0-0 is a model of the digital control electronics component of the VT-HACD-DPQ, Component Series 2x family. Like others in the series, it is well-suited for electro-hydraulic injection molding machines. It is a basic unit for one axis, with a display unit having four buttons for adjusting its parameters. These include the injection profile, transition parameters, holding pressure profile, worm retraction, and decompression parameters. Additionally, it displays error messages during faults to ensure accurate rectification. The ideal connector for the card is a 64-pole male multipoint connector in line with DIN 41612, design G. It is built as a Eurocard printed circuit board of 100mm width and 160mm height.

Free configuration of the valve control spool is enabled in the VT-HACD-DPQ-1-20-V0-1-0-0. It has the Enable input and OK output functions and an RS232 serial interface, through which the BODAC PC program can be used to parameterize it. This software program is user-friendly and has separate menus for injection, holding pressure and back pressure. It can be downloaded for free from the official Bosch Rexroth website. Operating this digital control electronics component requires a nominal operating voltage of 24 VDC and an ambient temperature between 0oC and 50oC. The components of this board adhere firmly to its surface due to its sturdy cladding material. Its current consumption rating is 150mA, and its reference voltage is ±10 V.
