Product Description

The VT-HACD-1-1X-V0-1-C-0 is a digital controller card and digital command value card. It is designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. The VT-HACD-1-1X-V0-1-C-0 is a standard card which is part of component series 1X. The card features a display and supports CANopen. The VT-HACD-1-1X-V0-1-C-0 does not feature a valve output stage. Accessories required for the VT-HACD-1-1X-V0-1-C-0 are a BODAC PC program, interface cable or standard 1:1 cable, optional USB adapter and connector type 6ES7972-0BA42-0XA0 for Profibus DP. The card has various signal linking options both for the input and for the output side, whereas two signals each can be linked. For the six analog inputs, operators can switch between ±10 Volts, 0 to 10 Volts, 0 to 20 milliamps and 4 to 20 milliamps through software. The card has nine digital inputs and eight digital outputs.

The VT-HACD-1-1X-V0-1-C-0 card supports numerous error monitoring options including monitoring of analog inputs for lower deviation or exceeding the range, monitoring the position sensors for cable break,  control error monitoring when configuring the card as controller, monitoring of the supply voltage, internal voltages as well as the 10 Volts reference voltage, and monitoring the microcontroller (watchdog) as well as the memory (checksum). Operators can use the four-button keypad and display on the front panel to review and change card parameters. Operators can also use the keypad and display for diagnostic purposes. The PC-based BODAC program can also be used for card configuration and monitoring. The RS-232 serial interface on the VT-HACD-1-1X-V0-1-C-0 can be used for communication with the PC. Supply voltage range for the VT-HACD-1-1X-V0-1-C-0 is 21 to 30 Volts DC and the nominal supply voltage is 24 Volts DC. Weight of the card is 0.2 kilograms.
