The VT-HACD-1-1X-V0-1-0-01 component series card can control two control circuits at a time. The digital command value and controller card has a serial RS 232 interface, a parameterizable ramp function, and a front display with four keys. It has a microcontroller for establishing connections, making adjustments and realizing the closed control loops. A FLASH is used to store the various parameters, command values, and data for configuration in a non-volatile format.

This unit from the Rexroth Bosch Group has to be connected to a Windows 7, Windows XP or Windows Vista-based personal computer for software configuration. This connection is established with a 1:1 RS 232 cable through a serial interface. The card typically utilizes 64MB memory and 250MB hard disk space. It features dialog functions and a dialog window for setting machine data in offline or online mode and parameter values in online mode.
