Product Description

The VT-HACD-DPQ-1-2X-V0-1-0-0 uses explicit messaging to communicate specific parameters. Parameters are either 2 bytes or 4 byes, which can be defined with the help of transmit and receive screen in the BODAC bus manager. You can configure a maximum of 16 parameters in both DeviceNet Receive screen and DeviceNet Transmit. Both the EDS and the parameter map are required for using the VT-HACD-DPQ-1-2X-V0-1-0-0.

The VT-HACD-DPQ-1-2X-V0-1-0-0 is a class 2 DeviceNet device. You can use Explicit Messaging or Transmit and Receive screens to communicate with the VT-HACD-DPQ-1-2X-V0-1-0-0. To communicate using ‘Explicit Messaging’ you need the following information:

You can transfer parameters in the internal data format of the VT-HACD-DPQ-1-2X-V0-1-0-0. The internal data format of the VT-HACD-DPQ-1-2X-V0-1-0-0can be converted into the engineering units on its PLC side. You can monitor parameter limits on its PLC side. You have to define the parameters at the PLC side which you have defined in Transmit and Receive screen.

2 Byte DISCRETE OUTPUTS:  BUS ID=2782

While configuring the DeviceNet, you have to select the DeviceNet screen which is located in the dropdown menu of its main window. When configuring the ID, you have to ensure every DeviceNet is device is connected to the bus with a unique ID.
