It improves the control of a hydraulic axis for the velocity and the pressure control. It uses constant acceleration type ramping to ensure smooth acceleration of clamp. The VT-HACD-DPC-1-2X-V0-1-C-0 includes pressure/force limiting control, and you can configure them to work with a load cell or 2 pressure transducers.

The advanced control techniques of the VT-HACD-DPC-1-2X-V0-1-C-0 like active damping allow precise closed loop control. The force profiles and the velocity profiles may be controlled by the VT-HACD-DPC-1-2X-V0-1-C-0 with one proportional directional type hydraulic flow control valve, or with the help of separate valves for pressure and flow.

The VT-HACD-DPC-1-2X-V0-1-C-0 is a complete hydraulic clamp axis control solution. To achieve highest performance, a clamp motion profile is created from the parameters gathered by the machine operator. The parameter changes may be loaded into the card individually or the whole profile is loaded at a time.
