The VT-HACD-515-1X-V0-EFF00323 is a unique industrial axis controller designed by Rexroth Indramat according to internationally accepted quality standards. This axis controller is used in the industrial as a command value electronic for linking, generating and standardizing signals. It contains about 6 analogue inputs and 3 analogue output each of which can receive an input voltage of about ±10 volts and an input current that fall between 4 to about 20 milliamperes. Apart from the analogue this industrial axis controller also features about 8 digital input and 7 digital configurable output units and a parameterizable ramp function. For optimum operation, this industrial controller requires the connection of additional accessories such as the RS232 USB converter, the interface connection cable (length 3 meters) and an electrical connector for the PROFIBUS DP. All the additional interfaces used with this controller must meet the standard specified in the documentation of the device as can be ordered from Rexroth Indramat as a separate unit.
The permissible ambient temperature at which this industrial motor should be installed falls between 0 to about 50 degrees Celsius, however, during transportation, the axis controller can be stored at a temperature as high as 70 degrees Celsius without the risk of damage. The analogue input and output interfaces of this industrial axis controller can generate a leakage current as high as 0.4 per cent, this makes it very important for industrial operators to ensure that the controller is properly grounded before it is used.
