VT-HACD-510-1X/V0/EFF00246 is a digital card. It is part of the VT-HACD series from Bosch Rexroth. Operators can use it as a command value card or a controller card. When used as a command value card, it generates, links and standardizes signals. When used as a controller card, its PIDT1 controller forms part of closed loop control systems and it supports state feedback as an option. Nominal input voltage of the card is 24 Volts DC and the operating voltage range is 21 to 30 Volts DC. The current consumption at standby is 250 milliamps. A 4 Amps rated protective fuse is installed on the card. Scan time of the card is 2 milliseconds. A serial RS-232 interface is provided on the card. This interface is used for serial communication with the computer running the configuration software. Bosch supplies the BODAC software for card configuration. This software is not supplied with the card, and is available as free download on the manufacturer website. The computer running BODAC should have 64 MB RAM and 250 MB of free hard drive capacity. BODAC supports functions for offline and online setting of machine data. In addition, a dialog window is available for online configuration of parameter values. BODAC supports several options for display of process variables, flags, and digital inputs and outputs. BODAC also supports graphical representation and recording of a maximum of eight process variables with support for multiple trigger options. The admissible operating temperature is 0 to 50 degrees Celsius. The storage temperature range for the card is -20 to 70 degrees Celsius. Weight of the digital card is 0.2 kilograms. The card complies with Eurocard dimensions (100 x 160 millimeters).
