The VT-HACD-2-1X-V0-1-0-0 is a Bosch digital control card. It is a basic device with a display. The card does not feature a bus connection or a valve output stage. Operators can use the BODAC software for card programming. This software is not supplied with the card. It is available as a free download from the manufacturer’s website. The parameter file for the VT-HACD-2-1X-V0-1-0-0 can be created offline. The parameter file contains the block structure of the control card. BODAC software is used to create the parameter file. The parameter file can be transferred to the control card from a PC over a serial connection. The VT-HACD-2-1X-V0-1-0-0 features a RS-232 serial interface for serial connections. BODAC software can also be used for diagnosis.
The configuration and thus the creation of applications are simple: operators only need to link pre-defined functional components. No knowledge of programming knowledge is necessary for this purpose. The control card comes in Euro-card format. An onboard microcontroller controls digital processing. The microcontroller establishes links and realizes the closed control loops. Data for configuration, command values and parameters are stored in a non-volatile flash. Nominal operating voltage for the VT-HACD-2-1X-V0-1-0-0 is 24 Volts DC. The range of operating voltages is 21 to 30 Volts DC. A 4 Amps rated safety fuse is provided on the control card. Sources of electro-magnetic interference (e.g. frequency converters) must not be arranged in the immediate vicinity of the control card.
