Installed in a sub-rack, the card supervises hydraulic or electro-hydraulic axes by reading sensor signals, running closed-loop algorithms, and forwarding commands to external valve drivers. Within industrial automation, it bridges PLC-level sequencing and real-time motion requirements, providing position and force regulation for hydraulic cylinders and presses.
The card has 6 differential analog input channels for pressure, position, or velocity transducers, allowing multivariable feedback on one card.
