Product Description

The VT-HACD-1-15-V0-1D-0 Digital command value and controller card from Rexroth Bosch Group has offline and online machine data setting capabilities with dialog functions. The 15 components series card can be used for control loops and also standardize, link or generate signals. The unit has six analog inputs, three analog outputs, eight digital inputs, and seven configurable digital outputs. It supports DeviceNet type of bus connection. The accessory has +/-10V reference voltage output and24VDC ideal operating voltage that can reach a maximum value of 30V.

When the card is connected, the actual value cables and command value lines must always be shielded. To switch between command values, low voltage and low current relays with gold-plated contacts must be used. The card must be fitted on both sides and set up as a European format printed circuit board of size 100 x 160mm. It must be connected using a male 64-pole multipoint connector and operated within a temperature range of 0°C to 50°C. The unit has 500 ohms load, 1.25μA and +/-15μA residual ripple without noise when the first analog output is configured as a current output. All analog inputs can be defined as either error identification or working range.

The signal controller must be set to the Controller option when the card operates as a controller card. In this case, actual value collection can be done with the help of incremental or SSI type of digital position measurement systems. The digital inputs can be used to trigger various blocks, each of which features controller parameters, ramp times, and command values. The controller and digital command value card is available with a one-year warranty and can be shipped anywhere across the world.
