The VT-HACD-1-13-V0-1-0-0 is a basic device Digital axis controller from Rexroth Bosch Group. The 13 components series standard digital command value and controller card offers input for both incremental and SSI digital measurement systems. It supports multiple switch-over and signal linking options. We can ship the product worldwide with a one-year warranty period. The card supports position control with force control or superimposed pressure. The basic device comes with a front display and four keys for different types of customizations. It comprises easy to use dialog functions for setting the machine data in both online and offline modes
The controller and digital command value card does not incorporate either a bus connection or a valve output stage. It requires a standard 1:1 cable or a VT-HACD-1X/HACD-PC/0.3.0 interference cable set and BODAC PC program for establishing connectivity without any jumper. The card utilizes 250MB hard disk space. It has a microcontroller to control its complete functionality. The unit allows adjustment of the analog outputs by both amplification and adjustment. The digital outputs can be configured to set the internal flag and the error flag. The fuse in the card features a 4A time lag.
The command value and digital card help in monitoring the position sensors for incidences of a cable break. The card is also capable of monitoring several other aspects such as the memory, the microcontroller, the 10V reference voltage, the internal voltages, and the supply voltage. The front display cannot be used to make changes to error monitoring, trigger conditions, and signal links. When the first analog output is configured as voltage output, the card has 1 kilo-ohm load resistance. The front plate has a 0.2 inches width on the soldering side. The unit has 21V operating voltage for the lower limit and 30V for the upper limit.
