Product Description:

The VT-HACD-1-12/V0/1-0-0 digital controller from Bosch Rexroth Indramat is a flexible device for precisely controlling electric and hydraulic drives. It is designed to meet the needs of industrial automation systems by providing advanced features and reliable performance.

The VT-HACD-1-12/V0/1-0-0 digital processor can be used in three main ways: Block Call-up Mode, Motion Profile Mode, and Structure Editor Mode. As you progress through Block Call-up Mode, you can generate binary combinations using eight digital inputs (DI1–DI8) and one allow input (DI9). In both the Structure Editor Mode and the Motion Profile Mode, it is possible to generate one's own motion patterns. Command value profiles that have already been established in the Motion Profile Mode can be saved. In addition to showing faults and directing the traverse, the controller has seven digital outputs (DO1–DO7) that show the reached point. The other features are three analog outputs (AO1, AO2, and AO3) and six split analog inputs (AI1+/- to AI6+/-). Values of +10V (REF+) and -10V (REF-) are the norm. The ways to talk are RS232 and CAN Bus (CANL, CANH, and GND_CAN). Expert Bus Managers can take care of CANopen, DeviceNet, and Profibus. In override mode, the controller can use one or two PIDT1 control loops.

For better connection, the > has both a CAN Bus interface and an RS232 serial transmission interface. For exact control of motion, it works with different types of input, such as SSI and incremental encoders. The device is compatible with complex automation systems due to its ability to communicate with various protocols and manage intricate motion sequences. The VT controller is a critical component of contemporary industrial automation systems due to its numerous applications and exceptional quality.
