Product Description:

The VT-HACD-1-11/V0/1-P-0 is a controller of the type that can be used in flexible and accurate control applications. It has a 32-bit Power PC processor that provides efficient data processing and consistent response time. The unit can handle six analog input channels. These inputs provide a range of voltage of +15 V to -15 V, but with a measurement range of ±10 V. The input resistance of the initial input channel, AI1, is more than 10 MΩ.

The other five, AI2 through AI6, provide 200 kΩ of resistance with ±5% tolerance. The controller provides a high analog resolution of 5 mV. It makes precise reading in voltage-dependent systems. The maximum analog output current is 10 mA, which provides stable control signals to connected equipment. For communications, the device has three categories of interfaces: PROFINET RT, EtherNet/IP, and RS232. These interfaces provide integration with new and existing networks. The device also provides nine digital inputs and eight digital outputs. The switching I/Os are useful for basic on/off control operation or binary signal transfer. Further, the controller features an RS485-based encoder interface for SS1-type encoders. This allows for motion and positioning feedback in dynamic conditions. The VT-HACD-1-11/V0/1-P-0 is also appropriate for applications calling for synchronized control and high-resolution analog processing. It is designed to operate dependably in demanding conditions. All elements are designed for compatibility, accuracy, and simplicity.

The combination of multiple analog channels, multiple I/O, and good communication support makes this unit highly adaptable. Its small size and functional versatility accommodate productive control strategies. The VT-HACD-1-11/V0/1-P-0 is stable in operation, responsive to interfacing, and intelligent integration. Its balanced design provides consistent performance over a variety of system requirements.
