The VT-HACD-1-10/V0/1-P-0 is a HACD series digital card from Bosch Rexroth. It works as a digital controller card and as a command value card. The six analog inputs support voltage and current input. The voltage ranges are selectable and the current input range is fixed. The three analog outputs also support voltage and current output. Both the voltage and current ranges are selectable. The VT-HACD-1-10/V0/1-P-0 card is also equipped with 8 digital inputs and 7 digital outputs. The card supports multiple signal linking and switch-over options. A Profibus interface is available for network communication. A RS-232 interface is also available for communicating with a computer for diagnostics. A display with keys on the front is provided for parameter display, modifications, and diagnostics. Thirty two such cards can be connected via the local bus for diagnosis and parameterization. Operators can use the BODAC software for implementing project planning tasks.
This software runs on a computer that communicates with the card over a serial communication link. The BODAC software support programming, diagnostics, and configuration of the card. The BODAC software is not included in the scope of delivery. It is available for free download via the Internet. Supply voltage required by the card is 24 Volts DC and the current draw during standby is 250 milliamps. A 4-Amp time lag fuse provides overcurrent protection. The SSI transducer on the card has a RS-485 interface and the incremental sensor supports 5 to 24 Volts signal level. The reference voltage level supported by the card is ±10 Volts and the load is 30 milliamps with less than 20 millivolts residual ripple. The card is designed for 2 milliseconds scan time.
