The VT 3015 S10 is an analog amplifier card produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the VT 3000 Analog Amplifiers series. Installed in a valve control rack, the card converts command references into proportional solenoid currents so hydraulic servo or proportional valves can follow a setpoint issued by a PLC or motion controller. Its pulsed output stage lets the amplifier deliver the required coil energy while limiting heat inside compact industrial enclosures.
The card is powered by a nominal 24 VDC supply, and operation continues from the lower limit of 22 VDC to the upper limit of 39 VDC. Internal regulators generate a stabilized ±15 V rail for signal processing, while residual ripple remains below 10% to prevent carrier noise from modulating the drive signal. Total power draw does not exceed 50 VA, and the analog output swings to ±10 V, matching the input range of most motion controllers. A factory-set bias current of 30 mA preloads the valve magnets, while the pulsed stage can drive an external load of up to 100 mA without saturation.
