Product Description:
The VT 3015-1X is an analog amplifier card produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the VT 3000 Analog Amplifiers series. Installed in hydraulic control racks, the card conditions command and feedback signals so proportional valves receive a stable drive current that tracks the reference input. By converting cabinet power into regulated bipolar rails and routing the processed signals through a standardized backplane connector, the module acts as the interface between machine controllers and electrohydraulic actuators.
This amplifier occupies a Eurocard slot that measures 100 mm in height and 160 mm in length, and it connects to a backplane through 32 contacts arranged in the DIN 41612 Form D pattern. During operation, the card draws a nominal 24 VDC from the cabinet supply but remains functional from 22 VDC to 39 VDC, allowing for line drops or surges. Its printed circuit assembly has an overall depth of 186 mm, while the front panel measures 128.4 mm in height and 40.3 mm in width. These measurements allow the module to align with adjacent cards without interfering with wiring ducts. The card dimensions also accommodate airflow and fit standard 19-inch subracks.
The internal electronics draw 50 VA under maximum loading. The power section limits the continuous valve drive to a bias current of 30 mA and provides an external load output of 100 mA for pilot stages or transducers. A secondary converter supplies a regulated ±15 VDC rail to the operational amplifiers and reference circuits, helping maintain signal accuracy during temperature changes. The card has a mass of 0.29 kg, allowing it to be inserted or removed without placing excessive stress on the guide rails or connectors. Its low mass also reduces vibration transfer to adjacent control electronics in the rack.
