Product Description:

Bosch Rexroth Indramat created the VT 3013 S37 Proportional amplifier to operate hydraulic valves and several other automation systems in industrial settings. Applications requiring precise signal modulation and power management for fluid flow or motion control inside a system are ideal for the proportional amplifier.

The VT 3013 S37 proportional amplifier allows the user to regulate input signals in two ways. Manual regulation is an option that allows the user to select customized programming by modifying the circuit with four potentiometers (P1- P4). The amplifier receives a differential motion signal of up to ±10V in automatic mode from either a program controller (PLC) or a function generator. When the potential at 16A is greater than 16C, solenoid B is activated by the amplifier, while solenoid A is activated when the potential is lower. Precise changes to the solenoids are made possible by the control signal, which enables a smooth transition of current from 0 to 1500 mA. In order to keep the 16A/16C signals isolated from the 24V power source, the system regulates the signals and keeps them running smoothly. In addition, the amplifier has circuitry that prevents damage from power surges and other malfunctions.

The VT 3013 S37 proportional amplifier has a 10Ω load resistance, adjustable ramp time (0.02–5 seconds), and a maximum output current of 1500 mA. With a pilot current of no more than 50mA, the amplifier operates at temperatures ranging from 0 to 40°C. To ensure precise and efficient management of valve positions, this amplifier regulates and amplifies the input signals for solenoids. A variety of signal inputs allow for accurate and smooth control of the solenoids, and it runs on a 24V DC power source. For reliable fluid dynamics control and precise motion in industrial automation systems.
