Product Description:
The VT-3013-S36 is an analog amplifier card manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the VT 3000 Analog Amplifiers series. It plugs into a standardized Eurocard rack and translates voltage references from machine controllers into proportional drive current for hydraulic valve coils. Internal ramp shaping, relay logic, and monitoring circuits allow the board to start valves smoothly, hold them in a fail-safe state when power is removed, and support precise flow or pressure regulation throughout automated presses, molding stations, and material-handling systems.
The electronics are powered by a nominal 24 VDC supply, and the circuit will tolerate excursions up to 39 V or down to 22 V without functional loss. Under normal operating conditions, it draws less than 1.2 A, so a cabinet power bus of moderate capacity is sufficient. A panel-mounted fuse rated at 2.5 A protects the card against shorted outputs or wiring faults. The onboard reference generator delivers a stabilized output of ±9 V with 1% accuracy at 50 mA for external sensors or potentiometers. When a new command arrives, the default ramp generator extends the change over five seconds, preventing hydraulic shocks. Relay pickup occurs at 16.8 V, while dropout happens at 2.4 V, ensuring predictable disengagement when the supply collapses.
Mechanical integration follows the Eurocard format, with overall dimensions of 100 × 160 mm and a front panel height of 128.4 mm for flush alignment in 3U subracks. Field wiring is terminated through a 32-pin DIN 41612 Form D connector, providing clear separation between power, signal, and valve leads. The output stage operates at approximately 190 Hz to match typical proportional valve dynamics while keeping audible noise low. At only 0.13 kg, the board adds little mass to swing-out frames. The 2,150 Ω relay coil is energized directly from the rack’s 24 VDC line without auxiliary drivers.
