Product Description:
The VT 3013-36 plug-in module is an analog amplifier card manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the VT 3000 Analog Amplifiers series. Installed in a hydraulic control rack, it conditions low-level command voltages and delivers proportional current to solenoid-operated valves used in industrial automation. By translating process signals into controlled coil excitation, the card enables closed-loop pressure or flow regulation while fitting into systems that use low-voltage auxiliary power.
The electronic stage operates from a regulated input of 24 VDC ±10%; at this level, the card dissipates 30 W during full-load service. Output drive reaches a peak of 800 mA, while a 20 mA bias current keeps the valve spool from drifting to the center position. The card provides 4 independent command channels, each interpreted across a differential span of 10 V. Command voltage may swing to ±9 V, and an auxiliary ±6 V input is available for external feedback trimming. The input network presents a minimum load of 500 Ω, protecting upstream controllers from excessive current draw. Downstream, the amplifier can energize coils with resistance up to 19.5 Ω without exceeding its current limit.
Board spacing is set by a 5.08 mm card pitch, and the faceplate occupies eight rack divisions so its markings remain visible beside neighboring modules. Six onboard relays route the selected command channel to the power stage. A protective fuse rated at 2.5 A isolates the supply during electrical faults. Field diagnostics are supported by a test-point scale of 1 mV = 1 mA, allowing output current to be checked with a handheld multimeter. A contact-safe design limits total power by enforcing the maximum permitted coil resistance. The assembly weighs only 0.15 kg, which minimizes stress on the rack’s card guides while keeping the module easy to install and remove.
