Product Description:
The VT-3006 S30 analog amplifier from Bosch Rexroth is used to control the WRZ type of pilot operational proportional valves without electrical position feedback. This amplifier can also control DBEP6 and 3DREP6 direct operated proportional pressure valves. The product incorporates one differential input. This device encompasses step function. The unit houses a ramp generator in its design. The unit portrays two pulsed current output stages. It features polarity protection for its voltage supply.
This amplifier supports the direct supply of a command value voltage through an external command value potentiometer. The product presents a preset ramp time of five seconds. This device allows its internal potentiometers to operate like limiters or weakeners when they do not have a maximum setting. The unit depicts a plug-in connection style. Its ramp time can be set to the minimum value using an external bridge or by switching the relay. This amplifier stops functioning when a fault is encountered and resumes operation when the fault is cleared. The product has 24 V DC operating voltage with a tolerance of +60%/-5%. This device plugging and unplugging is possible only when it is switched off. The unit setup along with the installation is allowed only in a vertical orientation. It has an overall length of 182 mm.
This analog amplifier supports up to 10% of maximum residual ripple for the control voltage when it is connected externally. The product uses relays with gold contacts only when its command values are switched. This device showcases a Euro-card format as per DIN 41494 specifications. The unit consists of a form D 32-pin terminal strip connection. Its inputs must be turned on or off simultaneously when using its differential input.
