Product Description:

The VT 3006-36a Analogue amplifier is ideal for industrial automation applications that require precision control. Bosch Rexroth Indramat makes it for reliable solenoid activation with a controlled output. Its advanced design ensures steady operation and accuracy for controlled solenoid current regulation applications.

The VT 3006-36a Analogue amplifier accepts up to five distinct command values. Values 1-4 of the command string can manage ±9V with M0 as the reference potential; however, Value 5 can handle ±6V with the same reference. An input resistance of 100 kΩ and a differential input command value ranging from 0 to ±10V are both at your disposal. From 30 ms to about 1 or 5 seconds, the amplifier's ramp time is fully customizable. With a solenoid resistance of 19.5 Ω, the output stage is maintained to provide a maximum solenoid current of 800 mA. In order to ensure consistent performance, a biasing current of 200mA ±25% is kept. The accurate modulation is guaranteed by the amplifier's operation at a pulse frequency of 170Hz ±10%. Stable control of the solenoid is achieved by maintaining the regulated voltage at ±9V ±1%. In addition, the measurement socket gives a current signal output that is directly proportional to the solenoid current, which is also between 0 and 800 mA.

The amplifier produces a controlled voltage output of approximately 9V with a margin of error of ±1% and incorporates a 100 kΩ input resistance for command values that are differential. This is an excellent choice for applications that require controlled solenoid actuation due to its precise output control and consistent operation. When it comes to meeting performance objectives, the VT 3006-36a amplifier is reliable and accurate. With its developed ramp time choices, it is possible to achieve controlled actuation.
