The VT 3002-2X-32 is an analog amplifier card manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the VT 3000 Analog Amplifiers series. Installed inside multi-axis hydraulic control racks, the card adjusts low-level command signals and supplies regulated drive currents to proportional valves for accurate pressure and flow control in industrial automation lines. By placing the signal-conditioning circuitry on a compact PCB, the unit reduces panel wiring density and fits beside other motion or process control boards in the same rack. This type of analog stage is useful where smooth valve actuation is required instead of simple on-off switching.

It uses a Euro-Card mechanical outline, so it can slide into standard 3U sub-racks without auxiliary hardware. At the rear edge, the board uses a DIN 41612 interface with 32 even-numbered contacts. This socket connector organizes power, feedback, and reference signals on a single multipoint plug to simplify setup. Each contact and the on-board traces are rated for a continuous load of 4 A, allowing the amplifier to energize multiple pilot stages without external relays. Clearance and creepage distances support control voltages up to 48 VAC/DC. Even numbering also simplifies diagnostic probing because each incremental address aligns with a fixed signal group.

For cabinets that lack traditional sub-rack frames, the card can instead be snapped onto a hat rail, and two pre-drilled points with a 4.2 mm hole diameter allow direct panel mounting when extra stability is needed. The mounting flanges include this pair of holes, which helps keep enclosure layouts compact and secure. All field conductors connect through front-edge plug-in screw terminals that accept copper strands up to 4 mm², separating higher-current field wiring from the logic signals carried on the backplane. This arrangement also makes the connection points easier to access during installation.
