The VT 3002-2X-32 is a unique industrial accessory designed by Rexroth Indramat to provide a suitable platform for electrical cards in the industrial servo system. This card holder is unlike conventional industrial accessories as it features a simple design that makes its handling and installation into the servo system very easy and straightforward. Under ideal industrial conditions, the VT 3002-2X-32 drive controller maintains an operational efficiency of about 95 per cent, this high operational efficiency makes it perfectly suitable for application in a wide range of industrial machines such as metal forming machines, food processing machines, paper converting machines, and lots more. The VT 3002-2X-32 card holder is also supplied with documentation that contains information on the proper way in which the cardholder should be installed and generally handled. Operators should read through this documentation to prevent electrical accidents or sudden machine breakdowns that can be caused by the wrong handling of the cardholder.
The VT 3002-2X-32 industrial card holder is covered by a special coating that is resistant against liquid foreign substances, this coating protects the cardholder from rapid deterioration and allows it to remain at an optimal condition for a long period of time. Also, during operation, industrial operators should ensure that the ambient temperature around the cardholder does not exceed 70 degrees Celsius, as this can affect the efficiency of the cardholder.
