The VT-3002-20/32 connection board is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the VT 3000 Analog Amplifiers series. It provides an interface between an analog amplifier card and field wiring, allowing control signals and electrical power to pass through an organized connection point. The detachable carrier plugs into a standardized backplane connector, which makes the amplifier card accessible without requiring direct attachment of every field conductor to the card. This arrangement also helps keep wiring orderly in hydraulic control cabinets and other industrial automation systems.
The electrical interface follows the DIN 41612 format, allowing the board to connect with compatible card racks without custom adapters. A 32-pin socket on the component side provides separate connection points for power, command, and feedback circuits, helping reduce interference between signal paths. The circuit traces carry up to 4 A of continuous current, supporting the electrical demands of typical proportional valve control equipment. Supply conductors are limited to a maximum of 48 VAC/DC, helping protect onboard components from excessive voltage. The established connector layout also supports direct routing between the amplifier and the corresponding terminal positions.
Field conductors connect through plug-in screw terminals, allowing cable ends to remain secured within removable terminal sections when the board is disconnected. The terminal arrangement gives each circuit a clearly separated clamping point and supports secure connections in cabinets exposed to normal machine vibration. A mounting-hole diameter of 4.2 mm accommodates common M4 hardware for attachment to panel plates or suitable carrier strips. The board can therefore be mounted firmly while leaving the connector and terminal areas accessible for wiring, inspection, and routine electrical checks.
