The VT 3002-1-2X-15H analog amplifier card is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and belongs to the VT 3000 Analog Amplifiers series. Designed for rack-mounted control systems, it converts command signals into regulated power for field actuators and forms a link between the PLC output and the end device. Its compact board format allows straightforward integration into standardized Euro-card subracks common in industrial automation cabinets. Using standardized connectors and screw terminals, the card simplifies wiring and service tasks on assembly lines and processing machinery.

The amplifier is built in the single Euro-format board profile, so its 100 × 160 mm footprint fits directly into DIN subracks without custom hardware. A front-edge male connector following DIN 41612 provides the control interface; on this model, the mating half is a 15-pin Form H DIN 41612 receptacle, and its conductors follow an even-numbered d/z row pinout for predictable wiring. Field power is delivered through plug-in screw terminals that can carry up to 15 A, while the circuit will not exceed a maximum of 48 VAC/DC. For mechanical attachment, the card supports screw or hat-rail mounting, allowing either direct plate fixing or standardized rail installation. A lever-actuated latch locks the module in place once seated.

When rail-mounted, the body is aligned in a vertical orientation. Two mounting holes with a diameter of 4.2 mm are provided for alternative screw fastening. The plug-in screw terminals accept conductors up to 6 mm², helping limit resistive loss at full load. Overall mass is 0.5 kg, so the card adds little weight to the subrack and remains easy to handle during installation or removal. The even-numbered wiring scheme, lever actuation, and clearly marked terminal blocks support orderly cabinet wiring.
