Product Description:
The VT 3002-1-20/32F is an analog amplifier card produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the VT 3000 Analog Amplifiers series. Designed for rack-based hydraulic control systems, the board converts low-level command signals into proportional drive currents that control directional or pressure valves in automated machinery. It uses a standardized Eurocard outline, allowing modules to be exchanged without rewiring the surrounding control system. By occupying a single slot in a control rack, the amplifier provides an electrical interface between a PLC and the solenoid coils that regulate fluid power in presses, die-casting cells, and similar motion applications.
The card follows a single Euro-format profile, providing fixed edge dimensions and compatibility with suitable guide rails. Its rear connector has 32 pins arranged in rows b and z with even numbering, while Form F coding keys prevent insertion into an incorrect slot. The contact geometry complies with the DIN 41612 standard, allowing the card to mate with backplane sockets that use the appropriate contact pitch and plating. Field wiring connects through plug-in screw terminals that accept conductors with cross-sectional areas up to 4 mm². These terminals support a continuous load of 4 A. The card is installed in a vertical-only orientation to maintain airflow across the component side while preserving access to the rear connector and field terminals.
The card can be used at temperatures ranging from -20 °C to 70 °C, accommodating the temperature changes commonly encountered in industrial control cabinets. Its internal circuitry is isolated from higher-energy circuits, helping separate sensitive analog control signals from the connected load circuits. The terminal strip supports a maximum voltage of 48 VAC/DC, making it suitable for common low-voltage control supplies while limiting exposure to higher supply voltages. With a mass of 0.5 kg, the card places little mechanical load on lightweight rack frames. Its compact format also leaves adjacent rack positions available for other control modules when several hydraulic axes share the same chassis.
