Product Description:
The VT 3002-1-20/32D is a plug-in analog amplifier card manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the VT 3000 Analog Amplifiers series. Installed in hydraulic control racks, the board scales and filters command voltages so that proportional solenoid valves receive stable drive currents during industrial automation tasks such as pressure or flow regulation. The card is intended for assembly in standardized Eurocard backplanes, allowing machine builders to insert signal-conditioning modules without rewiring field devices.
The interface side of the module carries a 32-pin socket connector that follows the DIN 41612 backplane standard; this keyed layout prevents misalignment when the card is pushed into its rack. The mechanical dimensions match the Single Euro-format, so the board occupies one 100 mm × 160 mm slot and aligns with adjacent amplifier cards for uniform cooling airflow. Load currents as high as 4 A can be routed through the plated edge fingers and internal copper planes, giving adequate headroom for most proportional valve coils. Field wiring lands on plug-in screw terminals that are limited to 48 VAC/DC, ensuring low-voltage operation while still accommodating common 24 V control supplies and feedback loops.
Four M4 screws pass through the card’s steel mounting strip; the clearance holes are 4.2 mm in diameter so the hardware seats flush against the panel. When the unit is used outside a rack, its hat-rail clip holds the board in a vertical orientation, maintaining convection paths between densely packed enclosures. Each terminal accepts conductors up to 4 mm², allowing thicker leads for sensor returns or auxiliary power taps without crimp lugs. The populated board, including the connector and rail clip, weighs only 0.5 kg, minimizing stress on light-gauge sheet-metal doors in distributed hydraulic manifolds.
