The VT 3000S3X-R5 analog amplifier card is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for proportional valve control in hydraulic automation. By conditioning low-level electrical references and delivering current to a proportional solenoid, the module links electronic motion commands with hydraulic actuation. At the signal interface, the card accepts a bipolar command voltage of ±9 V, while an internal differential stage keeps the reference balanced up to 10 V between the plus and minus terminals. Two onboard ramp generators can stretch or compress the command, with a selectable limit of 5 s for smoother machine starts. Nominal power is supplied from a 24 VDC bus, and the operating temperature range of 0 °C to 50 °C suits typical factory cabinets. Despite the integrated filters and ramp circuitry, the module weighs only 0.15 kg, which helps keep panel loading low in densely populated rack assemblies.
