The VT 3000 S 35 is a valve amplifier that falls under the VT 3000 product group. It is a product of Rexroth Bosch, which is a world-leading producer of several automation products. This amplifier is mainly used in hydraulics. It is used to control the pilot and direct-controlled proportional pressure valves. It does not need electrical position feedback to control either of the valves. It also features command values adjustable with potentiometers and LED display for command value call-ups. The commands are shown via H1 to H4 LED lights.
These four command values present in this Rexroth Bosch valve amplifier, are operated by K1 to K4 relays. Whereby, K1 operates command value 1, while K4 operates value 4. When the four commands are connected to the controlled voltages +/-9V, four command values are to be set up at the potentiometers. If these potentiometers are external, they act as limiters in instances where the maximum value is not set. The VT 3000 S 35 commands can either be controlled directly via the +/-9V controlled voltages or through external potentiometers.
The VT 3000 S 35 also comes with a ramp generator which its primary use is to produce a ramp-like output signal from a near jump input signal. This amplifier weighs just about 0.13kg and should be operated in the temperature range between 0 and 50 degrees. The storage temperature ranges from -25 to 85 degrees. A Euro card that supplies voltage for command value call-ups is also present in this valve amplifier. It operates on a 24 VDC +60% % -5% voltages and has an upper limit of 39V and the lower limit value of 22V.
