The unit boosts small reference voltages into controlled coil current so that the valve spool follows the commanded position in real time during hydraulic automation loops.
The card draws its logic and power-stage energy from a supply of 24 VDC ±10%, which allows ordinary 24 V utility buses to tolerate voltage sag or rise without affecting output accuracy. A board-mounted fuse rated at 2.5 A protects the conductors against short circuits that could otherwise damage the driver stage.
