The VT 3000 S 2X-R1 is an analog amplifier board produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and supplied under the VT 3000 Analog Amplifiers series. Delivered in Euro-card format, the board slides into a standardized rack to modulate solenoid or sensor currents within hydraulic or motion-control loops. By converting a low-level command voltage into a stable output current, the amplifier supports proportional actuation tasks and integrates with 24 VDC control supplies commonly used in industrial automation cabinets.

The board operates from an input of 24 VDC and can deliver up to 800 mA of continuous output current to the connected load. Coil impedance compatibility is limited to a maximum resistance of 19.5 Ω, allowing direct drive of proportional coils without external boosters. An auxiliary reference supply of ±9 V is provided on the front connector and can source up to 25 mA for external potentiometers or signal conditioners. These electrical limits describe the available supply and control range, and the amplifier can handle control signals that require fine current resolution for smooth positioning and pressure regulation.

Internal biasing supplies establish a baseline output of 20 mA, which simplifies valve adjustment during setup. Overcurrent protection is provided by a replaceable 2.5 A T fuse mounted on the card. The mechanical layout follows the Euro-card 100 × 160 mm standard, and external wiring is completed through a 32-pin DIN 41612 Form D connector on the front plate. With a height of 128.4 mm and a width of 40.3 mm, the plate aligns with modular sub-rack guides and preserves airflow paths and EMI shielding across the rack.
