The VT 3000 S 20 model requires one division of space on the face plate side, seven divisions on the conductor side, and eight divisions on the face plate side. One division equals about 5.08 mm. The built-in ramp generator on the VT analog amplifier card is another remarkable and important feature. It controls the acceleration and deceleration rates, which may be adjusted to either 1 or 5 seconds. This kind of amplifier card has a coil resistance of 19.5 ohms and a voltage stabilizer. The stabilizer ensures a constant and optimal voltage for steady operation. The model has a step function generator, polarity protection for the voltage supply, and two pulsed current output stages. The model has a 5-second ramp time and a 1-second ramp time option. The VT analog amplifier card is perfect for pilot-operated WRZ series directional valves. The unit weighs 0.33 kilograms and needs a power source of 24 volts for optimal functioning. The model has four LEDs on the face plate for quick visual access to the input relays.
The model VT 3000 S 20 has an input control voltage of +9 V and is designed to operate proportional pressure valves with direct control. Adjustable potentiometers on the amplifier card's four command valves govern the input signal's maximum strength.
