Supplied in a 32-pin Eurocard format, the board slides into standardized racks where it scales voltage references and delivers controlled coil current to proportional hydraulic valves. By translating low-level electronic commands into regulated actuator energy, it links PLC setpoints with motion or pressure outputs on automated machinery.

The card accepts an additional command input of ±6 V, which lets a secondary controller trim or override the main reference without recalibrating the system. A printed wiring depth of 170 mm keeps the electronics fully inside the rack while leaving connector pins accessible at the rear. A stabilized supply of 24 VDC ±10% powers the internal stages; this tolerance window protects operation during minor line fluctuations. The output driver can source up to 800 mA, enough to energize most proportional solenoids without an external booster.
