The VPB40.4D2R-16GNN-D8D-HN-NN-FW control cabinet PC offers connection support to USB interfaces that have240 watts power rating and 24VDC voltage rating. The Bosch Rexroth device must be put to use only with cables, components, firmware, and software that are approved by the manufacturer. The product makes use of one cable for the CDI+ connection and two cables for the CDI connection with the operator display. Its hard disk is subject to electrical wear but no mechanical wear. The unit should not have any condensation on its surface during operation, storage, and transport. The system also supports a maximum altitude of 3,000m above sea level according to EN 61131-2 specifications.

This PC is equipped with a minimum 320GB 2.5-inch hard disk. The product also houses four slots for inserting PCIe cards. If the functional earth connection is done to a neutral point, the device and its operator display must also be connected to the same neutral point. Its two Ethernet interfaces support 10/100/1000 Base-T Ethernet connectivity through eight wire-twisted pair cables. The USB 3.0 interface of the product is used to connect devices like a USB dongle permanently to the interface. This unit uses one keyhole for vertical mounting and two keyholes for horizontal mounting.
