Product Description:
The Bosch VCP25.2DVN-003-PB-N is a Rexroth IndraControl small operator terminal. It belongs to the VCP 25 series of compact industrial terminals. A special operating system comes installed on the terminal. The “VI Composer” programming software can be used to reload the operating system on to the VCP25.2DVN-003-PB-N. The terminal can be used for industrial applications such as paper processing machines and handling and assembly systems. Bosch recommends proper storage, transport, installation and operation for safe and reliable operation of the terminal. Bosch also recommends that only technical personnel possessing the requisite training and experience be permitted to install and service the device. Only accessories and spare parts approved by Bosch should be used. General and local safety precautions should be followed when working on the terminal. The terminal must be grounded prior to its operation.
Display on the VCP25.2DVN-003-PB-N has 15-inch size with 90 x 120 millimeters display area. The display is touch enabled and supports 256 colors at 320 x 240 pixel resolution. Reading angle for the display is 90 degrees. The contrast setting is temperature compensated. Bosch recommends use of a 24 Volts DC SELV power supply which complies with DIN EN 61131 for providing power to the terminal. Power consumption rating of the terminal is 10 Watts. A semiconductor fuse is built-into the terminal. An integrated ProfibBus DP interface is available on the VCP25.2DVN-003-PB-N. Additionally a RS-232 serial interface which supports 1000 meters transmission length and a RS-485 serial interface which supports 1200 meters transmission length are also available. The VCP25.2DVN-003-PB-N is powered by a RISC CPU (32-bit) running at 74 MHz. A total of 3 MB of application memory is available on the unit. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
