The VCP25.2DVN-003-NN-NN-PW is a human-machine interface terminal from Bosch Rexroth Indramat’s VCP IndraControl Terminals series. As a compact operator panel, it links operators to PLCs and motion controllers so they can monitor variables, change setpoints, and acknowledge alarms directly on the factory floor. The device integrates display, input, and communication hardware in one enclosure, which reduces panel wiring and simplifies installation in distributed automation cells.
The terminal uses a RISC ARM9 200 MHz processor that supports consistent screen updates and protocol handling. User programs stay resident in 16 MB of flash memory, while runtime variables and recipes occupy a separate 3 MB block of application memory. Its STN panel can present up to 128 colors, giving clear visual cues on graphic-oriented screens. A native resolution of 480 x 272 pixels fits the 14.5 cm diagonal display and provides a wide layout for trend graphs and soft keys.
