The VCP20.1BUN-768PB-NN-PW is a human-machine interface produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the VCP IndraControl Terminals series. Installed on a control cabinet door or operator station, it provides graphical status information and entry keys so operators can adjust setpoints, acknowledge alarms, and monitor process variables in real time. Internally, a Z84 microprocessor running at 10 MHz coordinates display updates and communication tasks. The unit is powered from a 24 V DC control circuit and draws 0.4 A during normal operation, while short-term inrush reaches 3.0 A when the cold-cathode backlight starts. Graphic content is rendered on a monochrome LCD module with a CCFL backlight. A native resolution of 240 × 128 pixels spans a viewing area of 131 × 72 mm, yielding a base character grid of 6 × 8 pixels that can be expanded to a 12 × 16 zoom matrix for larger text.
