The VCP08.1BTN-RS-NN-PW is a state of the art operator terminal designed for initiating specific operations in industrial machines. The operating terminal is small in size and has a small geometry that enables its installation in tight and constricted spaces. A flexible built means that the panel can be installed in any desired position. It is possible to integrate the VCP panels with either a Fieldbus interface or two serial interfaces. This device has been designed to support a wide variety of operations. It has an elastic sealing ring around the rear side that ensures protection in harmful ambient conditions. The device can resist shocks up to 15 g for a duration of 11 ms. This model has considerable mechanical strength and can sustain vibrations in the frequency range of 10 Hz to 150 Hz.
The VCP08.1BTN-RS-NN-PW can operate in a relative humidity range of 5 % to 75 %. This model can resist harsh ambient conditions because of its galvanized steel construction. Because of a circumferential seal on the rear side, the device is significantly protected. The front panel of this operating terminal is aesthetically appealing and comes with a galvanized steel sheet. The mounting cut out required for this model is 199 mm x 139 mm x 55 mm (H x W x D). The front panel is protected by a polyester foil covering that prevents the damage caused cause exposure to harmful ambient conditions. The membrane keypad installed in this panel requires a 3 N force for actuating the keys and has 15 status LEDs and total of 39 keys.
