The VCP05.2DSN-003-SR-01-PW operator panel from Bosch Rexroth comes in a compact design with a seal running around the rear portion. The front panel and enclosure of the device is manufactured by anodized aluminum and galvanized steel sheet. The front panel of the small operator terminal VCP 05 consists of a 3 inches FSTN display that provides 160 × 80 pixels resolution and a membrane keyboard which contains 30 keys with 9 status LEDs having the minimum lifetime of 2 million switching cycles. The front panel of the device is covered by polyester foil which protects it from solid particles and low-pressure water jets whereas the rear part of the device will not provide any resistance against liquids. The model operates at DC 24V coming from the power supply with the minimum and maximum voltage range of 18V and 30V. The model is protected against polarity reversal and it uses a semiconductor self-resetting fuse to provide protection in case of voltage overflow.
