The VCP05.2DSN-003-NN-NN is a compact human-machine interface produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the VCP IndraControl Terminals series. It serves as the local operator panel in automation cells, presenting machine states, alarm messages, and menu pages while accepting commands through a small monochrome display and membrane keys. By integrating visualization and basic control at the machine frame, the terminal reduces cabinet space while keeping interaction points close to the process on compact equipment.
A RISC ARM9 CPU clocks at 200 MHz, providing enough processing headroom for screen refresh, alarm handling, and data exchange with the PLC. Runtime files reside in 16 MByte of flash, while variable data occupy 3 MByte of application memory, 32 MByte of SDRAM, and 512 KByte of SRAM used for high-frequency buffers. The passive FSTN display measures 3 in diagonally, and the front sheet carries a protection class of IP65, allowing direct mounting on panels exposed to dust or low-pressure water jets. Electrical demand is limited to a 6 W connected load, which keeps enclosure thermal rise minimal and permits operation from small power supplies.
