The VCP05.2DSN-003-NN-NN& is a small operator made as per the DIN 66259-4 requirements by Bosch Rexroth. The VCP 05 terminal operator is operated in ambient environmental temperature ranging from + 5 °C to + 45 °C and storage temperature of - 20 °C to + 60 °C. The small operator is designed for use in single or multiple-axis control tasks that allow users to; install, operate and visualize specific information and commands in a machine as intended. Areas of use of the VCP 05 operator include Packaging machines, Handling and assembly systems, Printing and paper processing machines, and Machine tools. The operator is a class A device that may cause radio interference in residential areas. In such an event, the user may require to put in place appropriate countermeasures under their own cost.
When installing the VCP05.2DSN-003-NN-NN&, keep a minimum distance of 30 mm from the installation surface to allow for sufficient air circulation. To maintain the required class of protection, ensure that the seal of the VCP 05 operator is placed correctly on the installation area and the grub screws of the mounting brackets are tightened uniformly. The VCP 05 terminal operator is mounted using mounting brackets through the following procedure; Put the assembly brackets into the placket provided for it and snap the mounting brackets down into place. Fasten the operating device with the grub screws. If the operator is installed in a horizontal position, an additional source of heat beneath the terminal operator may lead to overheating. Ensure that you allow enough space between the devices for heat dissipation.
