The VCP05.1BSN-IB-NN-PW comes from the VCP series of feature-laden operating terminals. This operator terminal has the Windows CE operating system. This small operator system has a strong built and can be used in various settings and operating environments. The membrane keyboard has a minimum lifetime of 2 million switching cycles. With 9 status LEDs and 30 operator keys, the keypad becomes a user friendly input medium. The operating terminal comes with IP 20 and IP 65 standard ingress protection. The front side has been designed in accordance with the IP 65 protection standard and can survive in conditions where it is exposed to water jets, certain chemicals, oils, and emulsions. The backside is protected in accordance with the IP 20 ingress protection standards.
The VCP05.1BSN-IB-NN-PW’s outer enclosure has been constructed using high quality galvanized steel sheets. Because of an elastic circumferential rubber seal on the rear side, this model has sufficient protection in harsh conditions. Weighing just 500 grams, this operator terminal is fit for installation in small spaces owing to its tight spaces. A visually aesthetic outlook is achieved because the outer enclosure has been constructed using aluminum. The outlook is further enhanced with a polyester foil coating that also protects against harmful chemical agents. The device has a high quality FSTN display that comes with five different shades of gray. The display resolution is 160 x 180 pixels and comes with a 90 ᵒ display angle. This model has a 6 W connected load and has integrated protection against polarity reversal. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
