Product Description:
The TVR2.2-F030-03 power supply module is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the TVR Power Supply Modules series. As an AC servo power supply, it converts three-phase line energy into a stabilized DC bus and auxiliary logic voltages for multiple Indramat drive controllers on a common machine rail. This centralized arrangement supports coordinated motion axes in packaging, printing, and material-handling systems. It also allows returned energy from decelerating motors to be routed back through the supply path instead of being handled only by separate braking hardware.
Incoming power is accepted directly from the plant switchgear through a direct mains input, so no isolation transformer is required. The module rectifies the three-phase AC input and maintains a DC link at 320 V, providing stable energy for connected drives during normal operation. A liquid cooling circuit removes conversion heat and supports dense cabinet layouts without excessive airflow. The design supports a continuous throughput of 30 kW, which suits medium-sized multi-axis systems with frequent acceleration and deceleration cycles. Internal circuitry also routes returned motor energy onto the DC link and back toward the supply, reducing the need for external braking components during deceleration.
Separate low-voltage rails are provided for control electronics and interface functions. The auxiliary +24 V rail can source up to 2 A, supplying drive logic, relays, and field sensors, while each plus-minus 15 V rail is limited to 100 mA for analog interface circuits. When axis motors feed energy back, the built-in regeneration capability helps keep the DC link within safe limits and supports continued operation of the control electronics. A service output at the signal connector and a mirrored analog tap can be used for diagnostic checks without placing added load on the main buses.
