TVM2.2-050-220/300-W1/115 is a TVM series power supply module from Bosch Rexroth. Its rated output current is 50 Amps. The DC output voltage is 300 Volts DC. The continuous DC power output is 7.5 kilowatts and the peak DC output power is 60 kilowatts. The module is designed for three-phase input at 220 Volts AC. The line frequency range is 50 to 60 Hertz. TVM modules support direct connection to grounded AC supplies. An isolation transformer is recommended when using the module with ungrounded AC mains. Isolation transformers with maximum 10 kVA power ratings are available from Bosch. These transformers are available in two configurations: wall mount and foot mount. If the AC supply voltage is different from 220 Volts, an autotransformer can be used to match the AC mains voltage to the power module input voltage rating. For this purpose, autotransformers with maximum 20 kVA power ratings are available with Bosch. These transformers are available in two configurations: wall mount and foot mount. The TVM2.2-050-220/300-W1/115 is equipped with an internal blower for cooling. The ambient temperature recommended by Bosch for optimal performance is 5 to 45 degrees Celsius. Derated operation is permitted at 45 to 55 degrees Celsius. The optimal site elevation range is 0 to 1000 meters. Derated operation is permitted at 1000 to 5000 meters. The temperature recommended by Bosch for TVM module storage and transportation is -30 to 85 degrees Celsius. As the power module carries high voltage and currents at the input and output stages, improper handling can lead to severe injury and/or equipment damage. Therefore only professionals with proper training and experience should work on the power module and related equipment.
