By converting incoming mains power into controlled outputs, the unit supports coordinated axis operation in machine-tool, packaging, and material-handling installations where dependable bus voltage is needed for continuous motion. This arrangement allows one supply section to support several connected motion components from a common power source while keeping low-voltage control functions available inside the same cabinet.

The 24 V logic rail supports a continuous draw of 4 A, keeping I/O, relays, and feedback circuitry energized when the main bus is idle. The capacitor bank can absorb up to 14 kWs of returned kinetic energy before the bleeder activates, which helps the supply handle repeated deceleration cycles with less immediate dissipation demand. Operation is specified up to an ambient temperature of 55 °C, and mounting is allowed up to 1000 m above sea level without performance loss. An IP10 housing provides basic finger protection inside the control cabinet while allowing convection airflow.
