The TVM 2.4-050-W1-115-220 power supply module produced by Bosch Rexroth has a factory assigned three-phase input voltage and nominal DC bus voltage. Its inbuilt blower prevents the product from getting overheated when in use. The device comes with a couple of line input fuses and a control voltage fuse. The H3 and H4 LEDs assist in fault diagnoses of the device. The grounding rail of the unit helps to connect more than one module at a time. The module features a power rectifier integration to produce the DC bus voltage needed to power the related drives from the AC line voltage.
The drive energy stored in the DC bus circuit can be used later for acceleration. The front panel of this device that has the RESET button is housed above the diagnostic LEDs. The auxiliary capacitance that is attached to this unit should be equipped with 15% overvoltage support if there is no regulated bus. The module features a configuration code of 4 and a series code of 2. The modular structure of this product makes the replacement easy if it is needed.
