The TVM 2.4-050-W1-115 power supply module is capable of converting three-phase main AC power to DC power. The Bosch Rexroth product is used to provide the required power to AC servo drives that work with servomotors and other controls offered by the manufacturer. The device comprises a three-phase 220VAC input voltage rating and 50 to 60Hz frequency. It also encompasses 115VAC single phase input voltage that is ideal for control electronics. The unit can be associated with multiple drives at a time. Each of these drives can have different power requirements. The module comes in a compact size with 105 x 390 mm (W x H) dimensions.
The incorporation of an auxiliary bleeder module helps to increase the continuous regenerative power of this product multifold. The X13 line connector is utilized to provide power to the blower. It has a common grounding rail at the top for all the servo drives. The autotransformer used by the unit has a power rating of 7.9kVA. The module has 60kWDC bus peak power. The L1, L2 and L3 terminals of the product are used to connect the AC power input. The Power ON display has red lighting or dark illumination if its X9 connector input does not have the needed 3 x 230VAC +/-10% rating.
