The TVM 2.4-050-220/300 is a power supply module built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the TVM Power Supply Modules series. It converts three-phase line power into a regulated DC bus that feeds multiple servo inverters, allowing synchronized motion in automated tooling, packaging, and material-handling equipment. Integrated control electronics supervise bus voltage, energy dissipation, and auxiliary rails so the connected drives receive stable power during motoring and regeneration.
The module accepts an input of AC 220 V with a tolerance window of +15 / -10 %, and it operates on plant networks at 50–60 Hz. After rectification and filtering, the internal supply reaches a nominal level of DC 300 V. At this voltage, the unit can source a continuous DC output of 25 A, which corresponds to 7.5 kW of sustained bus power for downstream axis controllers. A built-in blower moves cooling air through the heat sink to manage conversion losses and maintain safe thermal conditions.
