TVM 2.2-50-220/300-W1/220/380V is a TVM series power supply module from Bosch Rexroth. Under optimal operating conditions, its nominal output is 50 Amps. Optimal operating conditions include 5 to 45 degrees Celsius ambient temperature, 0 to 1000 meters site elevation, and 220 Volts AC input. The module requires three-phase input for the main power supply. Control electronics on the TVM 2.2-50-220/300-W1/220/380V module require AC input at 220 Volts AC or 380 Volts AC. The control electronics require single-phase input. A rectifier on the module converts the three-phase AC input to DC output. This DC output is supplied to the industrial drives for the control electronic and for motor power. Several accessories are available for TVM modules. Bleeder modules are available for increasing the regenerated power. Autotransformers are available for adapting the AC mains to the input rating of the module. The maximum power rating for available autotransformers is 20 kVA. Isolation transformers are available when the module is connected to ungrounded AC mains supply. If mains contactors with lower ratings are used, the contacts may get fused together. Operators can use the busbars provided as connection accessories of the drive module to connect the drive modules to the DC. bus. Operators can use individual cables with stranded wires for longer connections with maximum one meter length.
