The Rexroth Indramant TVM 2.2-050-W1-220 is a supply module. It is part of the TVM product line. As per the type code, the series for the supply module is 2 and the configuration for the supply module is 4. Input rating of the TVM 2.2-050-W1-220 is 220 Volts AC (three phase, 50 to 60 Hertz). The supply also requires 220 Volts AC input (single phase) for control electronics. Output rating of the supply module is 50 Amps. Integrated blower for cooling is available with the module. Bleeder resistors on the module heat up during operation. The path for air flow should be not be obstructed. Combustible materials should be positioned at least 200 millimeters away on the top side and 40 millimeters away on the front and the sides of the unit.
Accessories which can be ordered for the module include electrical accessories, bleeder module, capacitors, dynamic braking contactor and dynamic brake resistor. Ordering information including part number is provided in the product documentation. Standard autotransformers are available in floor mount / wall mount configurations for power ratings of up to 20 kVA. Autotransformers are used to match the AC mains supply to the input rating of the TVM 2.2-050-W1-220. They can match mains AC systems operating at 380 Volts AC, 415 Volts AC or 440 Volts AC to the 220 Volts AC input rating of the supply module. Isolation transformers can also be used at the input side of the power supply to protect it from anomalies in the AC mains supply. A reset button on the front panel of the TVM 2.2-050-W1-220 can be used to reset the module. A diagnostics display is also provided on the front panel to aid during troubleshooting. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
